Bigger, Faster, Stronger
Welcome to YBA's Bigger Faster Stronger Summer Training Program.
WHAT: The program will consist of athletic training geared towards the strengths needed to be a sucessful athlete. Explosive power, speed, agility, endurance, and coordination will all be focuses for the program.
Players will learn how to push themselves safely and effectively in a weight room as well as set standards for corret form in all excersies they conduct.
WHO: Coach Eric Gee and Noah Fulwider
WHEN: Tuesday and Thursday from 3 to 5 PM
